Common questions
What if I need more systems than my plan allows?
You'll get a notification when approaching your limit. Extra systems have a 90-day grace period, giving you time to upgrade or adjust your deployment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect right away. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
Is there a trial for paid plans?
The free Community tier lets you try everything with up to 3 systems. Need to test with more? Contact us for a 30-day trial of any paid plan.
Does my data go to the cloud?
No. VigilPrism runs entirely on your infrastructure. Your security data never leaves your network. Optional: you can fetch vulnerability data from NVD/CISA, or import it offline.
How does licensing work?
Your server generates a unique Installation ID. When you purchase, you enter this ID to get a license bound to your installation. Validation is 100% offline — works in air-gapped environments.
Can I move my license to a new server?
Yes. Contact support for license transfers when migrating infrastructure.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise and custom plans, we also offer invoicing and bank transfer.
